Learn2Lax

Learn2Lax is the perfect introduction to the sport of lacrosse for boys in Kindergarten through 6th grade—no experience required! This fun, engaging program is designed to teach the fundamentals of the game in a positive, non-competitive environment.

Through age-appropriate drills, games, and activities, players will learn the basics of cradling, passing, catching, ground balls, and shooting while building coordination, confidence, and teamwork. All sessions focus on skill development and having fun, making lacrosse accessible and enjoyable for every child.

Lacrosse sticks are provided. This is a pad-free program so players only need to bring their energy and enthusiasm. Whether your child has never picked up a stick before or is curious about trying a new sport, Learn2Lax is the perfect first step into the fast-paced and exciting game of lacrosse.
